A while ago, Reliable Health Systems LLC entered into a license agreement with Pathway Health Services to integrate their INTERACT tools (Intervention to Reduce Acute Care Transfer) into our VISUAL EMR software. During the past months we have been rolling out various components of the INTERACT software for a select number of our EMR facilities.
The integrated INTERACT software is comprised, among other tools, of the following components:
- Quality Improvement Tools.
- Tools to enhance communication within the Nursing Home. These include items such as Stop and Watch and the SBAR Communication tool.
- Tools to enhance communication between the Nursing Home and the Hospital.
- Decision Support Tools for acute change in condition.
- Alerts and Notifications on our dashboard.
To license and implement the INTERACT tools please contact us and we will send you licensing information and a sign-off document.
When we receive your sign-off document we will assign a client service representative to work with you to implement the VISUAL EMR INTERACT tools at your facility.
