Letter To Our Clients: Coronavirus

Dear valued client:

First, thank you for your heroic efforts on the front-line of the coronavirus in your facilities.

At Reliable Health Systems, our greatest priority is the health and safety of our clients, the residents for whom you care, and our respective employees. As such, we are closely monitoring the daily developments regarding COVID-19 and are following the guidance and guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health, and local government officials.

At this time, our offices remain open, and we are operating under normal business hours. We are fully prepared to stay operational even if we need to close our physical offices.

You have our commitment that support for your RHS system will remain in place; we do not expect any delays in service.
